Gillette Shareholders OK Directors’ Vote

Shareholders of The Gillette Co., Boston, approved a nonbinding resolution Thursday calling for the company’s board to face election every year during an annual meeting that focused on corporate governance issues.A similar resolution passed at last year’s meeting, but the board declined to change the election process.
